Create.

Identify the Problem – We need to understand your communication needs. Tell us your opportunity and we’ll carefully listen. No doubt they’ll be questions asked from both side, but the more we know, the better we can serve you.

Analyze the Audience – OK. So now we have a pretty good idea of what you want and what you actually need. We’ll consider your audience and figure out the best way to reach them. We’ll even research your competition to discover what they’re producing and how effective it is. Then we’ll create a competitive product for you.

Creating your Message – So you’re trying to reach a specific audience. How hard can it be? It depends on a number of factors. We’ll put our excited and creative team into action and brainstorm any number of ideas, campaigns, branding options, etc. We’ll work directly with you to focus your message and capture your vision.

Produce.

Choosing the Method – Maybe from the beginning you wanted a high-octane Flash web site with shiny buttons and wicked-sweet sound effects. But after researching your audience and creating your message, we discover that all you really need is a slick and savvy mail campaign featuring large format postcards, unique leave behinds and a DVD-rom. We won’t sell you on something you don’t need. We want to create the most efficient and cost-effective product for you.

Conceptualize and Design – Here comes the fun part for both parties. Although this is often the longest part of the process, it can also be very rewarding and challenging. We’ll use our enthusiastic team to brainstorm and conceptualize design strategies for our chosen medium. Depending on what that medium is, the time it takes to show you some initial proofs may vary. A video project can take months while a graphic design project may take only days. We’ll keep you in the loop the entire way. And we won’t forget about your deadlines.

Produce the Product – Yea! We’re at a very exciting point in the process. We get to see our brainchild and you get reap the rewards. Again, depending on the product, production time varies. We promise to give you a timeline for production and always find you a fair and accurate quote within your budget to produce the product. However your product is being produced, we’ll manage the entire process to ensure the best quality product.

Deliver

Ta Da! – How fun. You get to deliver your product and see your plan in action. Maybe it’s a commercial or a billboard, either way, we promise seeing your product will put a smile on your face.

Evaluate – It’s all about feedback from your intended audience. Both parties will keep ears and eyes opened to discover how well we have met your communication goals. Don’t be shy to ask potential customers or clients how they heard about you or where they saw your product. Constructive criticism will make your next project event better.

What’s Next? – By now you should be receiving positive feedback and maybe even suggestions for improving your product. When the time is right, we’ll be standing by ready to take on your next project.
